Undergraduate degree from Penn State in 70s, with BS in pre-med.
Qualifed in submarines of US Navy in 70s.
Ukiyo-e prints were early artistic interest.
Married and divorced in 80s.
MS degree from CalPoly, Pomona in late 80s, studying plant receptors.
Career as a research technician, primarily working with rice and mice.
Later affinities with Katharina Grosse, Alexander Calder and Frank Stella.
Published first book of stories, poetry and drama in 2005 with iUniverse titled "A Wounded Echo".
Retirement in 2014 allowed more energy for sculpting and painting.
